This report is the result of the author's investigation of Skattebo Reach for the purpose of enhancing the spawning potential for rainbow trout. It was chosen as a study site for this report because the fishing opportunities now offered in the West Kootenays seem to be very limited unless one travels a great distance, and Skattebo Reach is easily accessible. This report will provide information on Skattebo Reach to the BC Fish and Wildlife Branch when they are doing future rehabilitative work in the area.
