Abstract
During the period of May 1 to May 23, 1986, the author observed a band of California Bighorn Sheep located on the north side of Kamloops Lake at the west end. The lambing period was underway when the author arrived and the newborn lambs were seen on May 22, indicating that lambing was still ongoing. This report presents the author's observations of the lambing band during this three week period. Included in the report is a brief description of the area, survey methods used and recommendations for further studies. |
