Italian food habits are a very important element of Italian culture, and are habits that go through adjustment for Italian immigrants in North America. In this essay, the food habits of Italian immigrants who came to Trail in the early 1900's are studied, as well as the impact of these immigrants and their food on the city of Trail today.
