Abstract
The Columbia River Treaty is the largest international resource deal ever entered into by Canada. Much controversy still surrounds this agreement that was signed officially on January 17, 1961. The treaty has stirred up much thought and resentment in many people in Canada. What we can do now and in the future concerning the Columbia River Treaty, or deals like it, is what this term paper tries to explore. |
