SCOLR Submission Agreement

Selkirk College maintains an open access institutional repository called SCOLR for published and unpublished material created by members of the Selkirk College community. SCOLR is part of the British Columbia Digital Repository Network (Arca). By signing this License, you give SCOLR and Arca the non- exclusive right to copy, distribute, and transmit your submission over the Internet through SCOLR and visitors to the SCOLR site will be permitted to use your submission for non-commercial purposes. The rights you grant to SCOLR and Arca under this License will last in perpetuity.

You retain full Copyright over your work and are free to publish and distribute your work via other mediums.

You understand that Canadian Copyright law applies to your submission
