tions which changed the eligibility for voters registration, If you are a Non
Resident Property Owner, the following procedure must be followed in
order to be eligible to vote on September 9, 1995.

1. Qnly one person may vote for a property. If more than one

select one of the owners'to vote. Written consent from the
