Special guest speaker will be Dotti Thiessen of Kelowna. Thiessen assisted in the pi ing of Orange churches and schools, leading young people into street evangelism, the release says. She has also been in- volved in missionary work in Mexico and Central America. Thiessen met her husband while County Teen Challenge in Orange, Calif., and was director of the Youth Awakening Drug Prevention program, presenting drug prevention assemblies in schools and colleges in California, Oregon, Idaho and Washington, a news release says. As a staff evangelist with the Westminster Foursquare Church, Thiessen spent three’ years travelling across Canada and the United States-ministering in ling as an jist and they are the parents of two daughters, ages 8 and 14. Thiessen is currently president of the Kelowna Aglow Fellowship. She also presents worship seminars and teaches Life Bible College courses at the Christian Life Fellowship Ministry Institute.
