Dr. Scott Gundy of the centre for
human nutrition at the University of
Texas, said that saturated fat should be
replaced by stearic acid and mono
unsaturated fat

Mono-unsaturated fat is found in
olive oil, canola oil and some forms of
safflower oil and sunflower seed oil
Grundy's studies indicate that eating
mono-unsaturates towers Tevels oF
the cholesterol that contributes to
heart disease.

Stearic acid is found in meat and
