tion headed by Premier: W. A/C! Bennett has accom-:°
plished more than any other governmerit of recent
memory;:and on that, account Mi Ae Bennett, his cabinet..
‘and the ‘Social Credit ‘group. asa. whole. are entitled :
to review, the record with. some. pride.

. The. premier may have exaggerated a little
when he, ‘said that before: the -new.party won the elec-.
tion three years ago “political chaos existed. in our
province’’; but while’ there. may not have been chaos*
-in the literal sense,. relations. between and within the. ,
two old-line parties were approaching that:state, and
have not improved since: That they: had- lost the con-
fidence of the electorate was apparent in the results
of the two elections since. the Coalition was dissolved.
In “the climate of uncertainty, ‘marking 1952 there
began a.new movement, which, ‘while it may not have
