Rust said that the new extension, which was not finalized in time for 1976 but will bé a priority in'1977, will make possible the creation of a much needed industrial park to be in operation along with the completion of the Castlegar. The upgrading of the . water system includes develop- ment of a new well, additional storage and pumping facilities, all of which council feels should make for a more effi cient system. .Mr. Rust. made his com- ments at the inaugural meeting of city council on Monday night.
