Fowler reports that § Mark A. Smith, Jr. an Atlanta, Georgia, business- man was elected president of Kiwanis International for the 1979-1980 administrative year. The division of which Fowler is lieutenant-gover- nor includes clubs at Grand Forks, Creston, Nelson, Tra- il, Castlegar, Chewelah, Col- ville and Republic. Pleading not guilty to separate charges of driving . with a blood alcohol content of over .08 were: Linda Glendinning, 29, and‘ Nich Bonderoff, 60, both of Castle- gar.
