Swimmers’ attitude, performances and behavior at practices and meets, par ticipation, leadership, determination, goals set and reached, attendance, and if they peaked from their practices to their goals were all taken into consideration. ‘The Marjorie P, Waldie Trophy for the Most Improved Female Swimmer went to Jane Deschamps while the R. Waldie Trophy for the Most improved Male Swimmer went to Trevor Seville. The Gordon R.
