Michael Wethal was born in Calgary,

AB and moved to Nelson over 12 years
ago. He has an extreme enjoyment of
Film Making and a great interest in fine
arts. Michael joined the Digital Arts and
New Media program at Selkirk College
in hopes to ensure a career in film and
perhaps a hobby in digital art pieces. He
enjoys using software such as Illustrator,
Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After
Effects and hopes to use this software in
a future career. Michael’s ambition and
creativity is presented in his work as he
