From the results in Nelson it is very evident that we must form our bonspiel rinks early in. the season and get in lots of practice together if Castlegar is to get anywhere in these dis- The trict rinks from Trail and Nelson proved to be too powerful and the local boys only managed to win four of the 12 games they played. Everyone, however, had.a.good time and no doubt "profited from the experience. The ultimate winners were the Otto Gill rink in section ‘A’ and the Roy Stone quartet in. the ‘B’, both rinks from Trail. They now meet the two top rinks from East Kootenay clubs for the right to advance to Kelowna and the Interior finals. This week will see the final games of the second Round Robin and it is hoped that the . final drawing of rinks will be made and a schedule drawn up for the balance of the season. As the weather warms up a bit and feet start to itch, there will be a few faces missing for the last month of the season, As a resull, we will pro- bably be going along with a draw, of 12 rinks instead of 14.
