persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by the
following amendments to Official Community Plan Bylaw 509 and
Zoning Bylaw 553 an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in these amendments.

The intent of Bylaw 603 is to amend Map 1 — Designated Areas,
of the Official Community Plan annexed to Bylaw 509 as Schedule
1, by changing the designation of Lots 3, 4, and 5, Plan 2204,
District Lot 7173, Kootenay District (2008, 2016, and 2024
Columbia Avenue) from SF (Single Family) to SER (Service
Commercial); and
