The Regional District of Central Kootenay invites written ten-
ders from persons interested in providing an Animat Control
Service to Brilliant and to Robson/Raspberry and surrounding
area under the following terms:

* Tenders are to be submitted for a contract to provide an
animal control service to Brilliant and to Robson/Raspberry and
surrounding area to thé Regional District of Central Kootenay,
601 Vernon Street, Nelson, B.C. VIL 4!

* Tenders are to include a contract price based on a mileage
charge or per patrol charge with a minimum of one patrol per
week;

* Tenders must specify amounts and methods of handling any
additional charges such as pickup, impounding and euthanasia:
* Tenderers will be required to meet minimum kennel standar-
ds as established by the S.P.C.A. with all impounding areas
meeting S.P.C.A. approval:

* Tenders will be required to submit the name of a qualified
person who will assume the responsibility for all euthanasia
and the method to be used;

* Deadline for the receipt of tenders is 2:00 p.
