out the consent of the owners of the real property
hereinafter described and does hereby expropriate
for the purposes of extending the City of Castlegar
water system, all right, titte and interest in and to
all and singular that certain parce! or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Muni-
cipality of Castlegar in the Province of British Col-
umbia and being more particularly known and
described as:

That Portion of Block 10, District Lot 7174, Plan
2041 Kootenay District shown outlined in Black
on the Sketch Plan Attached Hereto as Schedule
‘A’ Hereof.Which Forms a Part of this Bylaw.

The Council shall file plans and specifications of
the said works with the Clerk, who shall, on receiv-
ing same, issue the statutory notice required by
Section 483 of the Municipal Act. i

Any real property injuriously affected by the carry-
Ing out of the installation, operation, or mainte-
nance of the aforesaid works or any of them may be
entered upon by the workmen or employees of the
City of Castlegar or by the contractors employed
by the Municipality to carry out tha works, and they
and each of them are hereby, authorized so to enter
and order to execute. such works of construction,
