This was learned by mem- bers who attended the recent gencral meeting of the club, Anticipated cost for the shell of. the building will be $125,000 and the club is making an initial $20,000 payment to the firm so that it can start preparatory work on the build- ing’s components, ' executive member Ray Deptuck, report- ed.
