Funeral for David Craig

David Craig of Castlegar
passed away June 2, aged 64.

He was born Jan. 1, 1919 in
Edinburgh, Scotland where
he grew up and married
Elizabeth Moffat in “April,
1945.

Mr. Craig came to Canada
in 1957 settling in Castlegar.
He worked as a ferryman for

Mr. Craig is survived by
his wife Elizabeth, two sons,
David of Nelson and James
William - of .. Baden-Baden,
West Germany; one daugh-
ter, Eileen A. M. Craig. o!
Castlegar; one granddaugh-
ter; and two brothers, Jim
Craig of Musselburgh, Scot-
land and Robert Craig of
Peeples, -Scotland. He was
predeceased by one son,
Robert, in 1972. *

Funeral service was held .

Tuesday at. the Castlegar
Funeral Chapel with Rev.
Ted Bristow officiating.
Cremation followed.
Should friends desire, con-
tributions maybe made to the
Cancer Fund. Funeral ser-
vice was under the direction
of the Castlegar Funeral
Chapel.
