There Were 100 Votes ¢ Cast, All for the G 8 Franchise, The election today upon the gas bylaw franchise was very quiet indeed. The polls opened at 8a. m. and at 108'clock only 19 votes were polled, 5 in the Firat ward, 7 in the Second and7 in ‘the Third ward. There were 100 votes polled altogether, 100 for end none seainst the bylaw. In the Firat ward there were 39 votea cast. In the Secund ward there were 31 votes polled .
