Garvey againet Olson ‘Ostby charging the latter with perjury, alleging that Ostby testified at the trial of Garvey held on April 28, when Garvey was'on trial for committing an assault, on April 24, that he (Ostby) was present and saw the assault, whereas Garvey alleged he was not present. “the greater part of the day, and at the vonclusion Ostby was held for trial be- fore the spring assizes at Neleon on May 30.—New Denver Ledge.
