Angling Regulations The 1979/80 summary of régulations for non-tidal sport fishing in British Columbia is now being distributed through- out the province, said the Hon. K, Rafe Mair, minister of environment, in a statement issued last week. : Major regulation changes in the new synopsis include: : @ A number of new an- gling closures imposed in vari- ous parts of the province and a few catch limits reduced. + @ Measures designed to further protect steelhead in river systems where their numbers are greatly reduced, more or GOLFERS!
