prizes, bragging rights and fun.

Beebe ‘Creston beat out Castle-
gar’s Ame Akselson who resigned
after 8 ends when he was unable to
close the 5 point gap Beebe had
built up in the middle frames.

out to a 6-1 Iead after the first 4
ends and McArthur just wasn’t’
able to reel him back in. With the
score 8-5 after 9, McArthur decid-
ed to go for the valiant effort but
Lind kept it clean in the tenth to
deny any dramatic comebacks,
