mendations concerning the fol-
low-up of the conference. Theso
proposed a second phase (Phase
Il) in which the delegates would
return to their districts
throughout the province, to
organize neighborhood family
discussion groups and ‘events
that would pse the findinga of
thé conference ‘as a baals for
study: and discussion and re-
port their views to a central
committee.

there was only one stretch of
highway with no parking signs,
He said he also assumed there
is no discrimination in the fact
that the no. parking signs
appeared immediately alter the
Sunlctpal election (Mr. Lightle

oppesed Mayor Ed Mosby in-

and asked for an explanation

for prohibiting parking in that

particular area.

He pointed out several’:
