Authorized courses are approved by the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. Look for training centres listed in the phone book or ask a friend who has taken a course for his or her fecommendation. 3. Practice, with your super- visor, until you are ready to take the Novice Test. If you are enrolled in a riding course, your course instructor will test you and give you a certificate to take to the Motor Licence Office (MLO). The certificate indicates that you have passed the Novice Test requirements. If you are not taking a course, prepare for the test and make an appointment at an MLO. An examiner will test you. If you pass, you will be allowed to ride without supervision; how- éver, all other festrictions men- tioned above still apply until you pass your Final Test.
