To become a foster par-
ent the motivation is con-
cern and love, so if you are
planning to be a foster par-
ent for money you will be
very disappointed.

To become a foster par-
ent you elther first apply
for a foster child or are
approached by a child care
agency about belng foster
parents, then a social work-
er will come to talk wilh
your family, about your id-
eas of child care and your
general outlook on life.

you something about the
foster parent t program and
the way, in which a social
worker and foster parent
work together in the inter-
est of the child,

and parents come to know
each other and together can
