Instruction

Capilano College has developed
a full two-year program to train
leaders for outdoor recreation and
environmental programs.

The program, which will begin
next September, has been organized

couver District Centennial Ecology

ter course called Outdoor Recrea-
tion Environments, which is a fore-

Dunsford is a member of the col-
lege’s advisory committee on the
development of the outdoors prog-

“This is the first attempt in Cana-
dian colleges to really study the
whole broad spectrum of parks and
outdoor recreation management,"
he said. The 23 students now taking
the Spring semester course are

highly motivated, and many plan to
