Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended 2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Reserve 1 cup batter. 3. Add remaining sugar, pumpkin and spices to remain ing batter; mix well. 4. Altemately layer pumpkin and cream cheese batters over crust. 5. Cut through batters with a knife several times for marble effect. 6. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. 7. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Miniature Cheesecakes Temperature: 325F Baking Time: 30 minutes Serves: 6 Crust: 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. margarine, melted 1. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine 2. Press rounded measuring tablespoons of crumbs into bottom of six paper-lined muffin cups. 3. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes 4. Cool before removing from pan 5. Top with preserves just before serving Variation: Substitute fresh fr uit for preserves Make Ahead 1. Wrap chilled cheesecakes individually in plastic wrap 2. Freeze 3.
