Robson woman dies Anna Hlookoff of Robson passed away March 13 at the age of 82 years. Funeral service for Mrs. Hlookoff was held Friday and Saturday from the Brilliant Cultural Centre with burial in the Brilliant Cemetery. Mrs. Hlookoff was born Sept. 29, 1903 in Sask. and came to B.C. settling in Brilliant with her parents. In 1922 she married Fred J. Hlookoff at Grand Forks. She lived at Creston, the Okanagan Valley and in Rob- son. She was a member of the USCC and enjoyed garden ing, sewing and family ac tivities. She is survived by one son, Fred of Castlegar; four daughters, Mabel Chutskoff of Robson, Mrs. Alex (Mary) Gritichin of Chilliwack, Mrs. Pete (Hazel) Chernoff of Crescent Valley, and Mrs. Peter (Doris) Laktin of Nel son; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one brother, Bill Chernoff of Erickson and one sister, Mrs. Chuck (Mabel) Darling of Burnaby.
