APPLICATION FOR A WATER LICENCE
Water Act (Section 8)

Ministry of Environment, Fisheries Branch of 310 Ward
Street, Nelson, B.C. VIL 5S4 hereby apply to the Comptroller
of Water Rights for a licence to divert and use water out of
Deer Creek which flows south-west and discharges in Lower
Arrow Reservoir and give notice of my application to all per-
sons affected. The point of diversion will be located at the
‘existing Water Survey of Canada weir

The quantity of water to be diverted is 6 cubic teet/second
during September and 5 cubic teet/second for the remainder

The purpose for which the water will be used is for a
spawning channel

The land on which the proposed water will be used are Lots.
