pressing his admiration for

present the geography of what
will be his new riding, the many
city councils, school boards,
hospital boards, regional boards

and unorganized districts he
will have to service, attend and
communicate with, while in
Vancouver 10 MLAs deal with
one city council, school boards,

If there had been a desire
on the part of the government
to attempt. equal representa-
tion, he wondered why the
sparcely-populated riding rep-
resented by Frank Calder was
left untouched,
