The Cossack women open their basketball season with a game against Selkirk women on Thursday. Junior Rebels The Junior Rebels. are presently enjoying another suc- cessful season the the KHL. To date, the Rebels have been overpowering their opposition with all-out efforts, which makes for fine hockey action. The Rebels are on the road for another week, playing in ‘Trail this Saturday. Their next home game is Nov. 5, when they take on the Junior Maple Leafs from Nelson. Speaking of the Junior Rebels, a group of individuals are presently attempting to form a Rebel Booster Club.
