THE CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMME J. F. Ohliger, B.A. (WAYNE STATE), M.E.D., PH.D. (U.C.L.A., Director The College proposes to offer a wide variety of courses in its Evening Division. Some of these will be College Preparatory Courses; some will be regular courses for university credit; some will be designed to improve needed occupational skills; some will be designed to update knowledge in various areas of business and industry; some will be offered simply to add interest and depth to the life of the individual. Whether or not a given subject can be offered in a given year will, of course, depend to some extent upon the demand for it. Not all courses will be taught on campus. Extension courses may be offered in local cities and towns in conjunction with the night school programmes presently in existence in many West Kootenay centres. Students registered in the Continuing Education Programme will have the use of such college facilities as the library, bookstore and audio-visual equipment. Persons wishing to make application for Evening Division Courses may do so on forms available in the Dean’s office.
