Angus Macdonald of the local RCMP said this weck. However, 16-mph speed lim- its are still in effect past the other schools in Castlegar and | @ Kinnaird. Cpl. Macdonald said that new signs posted at the dlementary school on the highway have no Speed limit posted on them and so drivers may do 80 mph. They must, however, drive with the | § utmost of caution.
