GORDON PETTITT
Long time resident Gordon Pettitt
passed away on Oct. 18, 1995 after a
courageous Tight with cancer. He was
born in Ninette, Manitoba on March 14,
1925, In 1942 he enlisted in the R.CN.
for the duration of hostilities. In 1944
while on leave he married Vicky
Goresky in Winnipeg, Man. Upon his
discharge in 1946, he and Vicky came to
Castlegar and in 1954 they opened
Pettitt Photos which they operated
