The story of the death of Mayor Tem- pleton came to Rossland last night in the coast papers. The first report that he was ill was heard Monday morning, when it was also rumored that he was dead. He had been unable to sleep for five nights and on Saturday sank intoadeep slumber that became a trance. He passed away on Sunday atternoon at three o’clock.
