Cabinet There is a strong probability that the provincial: cabinet will meet in Oliver in the' early part of October. ; Late in 1959: the village council in Oliver extended .an invitation to the cab- inet to meet in Oliver. A few weeks ago council ‘received a-letter from Provincial , Secretary W. D. Black indicating the. pro- bability of the October meeting.
