Husky has repositioned its support to fit in with Alpine Canada’s entry level program development. “The current agreement will allow us to focus on devel- opment and will enable all Canadian youngsters to bene- fit,” said Don Ingram, vice president of Husky Oil Mar- keting. Husky’s commitment has enabled Alpine Canada to take the first step in this gard by putting a full-time staff person on the road to de- liver the program directly to children, parents and coaches. Programs previously spon- sored by Husky, the Husky Nancy Greene Ski and the Husky Alpine Skill Award Program, will be consolidated into a comprehensive grass- roots development program.
