Municipal Office. .

A court of Revision will be held
for the revision of the said list
on Monday, November 15th Next at

now 527 names on the voters list. .
The Municipal Election for Comm-

December 16th from 9 AM to 7 PM.
There will be two vacancies to

Commissioner Wanless' term expires
and Mr. Otto Walker is retiring owing

Mr. and Mrs. R. Mokelki of Goodwater

Sask. are visiting with their daughter
and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Alic Gray,
also their son and daughter-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Ralph Mokelki.

The Kinnaird Coalition Committee was
formed recently, Mr. Ross McDermid be-
ing appointed Chairman and Mrs. 8S. Gal
Secretary. Mr. and Mrs. De Turnbull of
Trail attended the meeting.

Mrs. Nancy Hodges, M.L.A. will speak in
Kinnaird on Saturday.

The Kinnaird Community Hall was a busy

place over the past week end. The fur-
nace was dismantled and repaired and
the furnace room made fire proof. Now
the various clubs can carry on their
activities’as usual. .

The Friendly Bridge Club met at the
home of Mrs. T. Fourt recently with
high score going.to Mrs. We Makay.

Mr. and Mrs. 8. Erickson are holidayin
in Beattle as guests of their daughter.

The Kinnaird W. I. held their reguaar
business meeting on Thursday at the
home of Mrs. R. Smales.

It was decided to have the Improvement
Society: Executive present at the next
business meeting so that the possibil-
ities of a club room for the W. I. can
be discussed. .
Further arrangements for the JACK. FROST
Bazaar were made. Members were remninded
to hand in their choice for the 1949
rexecutive, to the nomination committee
so that the proposed members may be
contacted as to their willingness to
run for office. The election will be
held on Movember 18th.
