event .of the year will be
coming up shortly;• Golden
City Days. It's always a good
show and with weather and a
consequ~t good crowd on

this year we will have our
first-ever woman coordinator for the big show,
she is Patsy Flegel. If by

at the checkout counter of
Rossland's only supermarket, she's the darkhaired one with the beautiful
smile.

Patsy will be helped by
Morris Samuelson who held
the co-ordinator's post last
year. This year Morris will

concentrate on the parade.
Talking of the parade,
MiJn says they will welcome
more entries for what is
already one of the biggest
shows of its kind in the area.
That's what they want it to
be - biggest ever!
She also wanted to
remind folks to check out
that garden produce and get
lots of entries out for the Fall
Fair section. 'Ibat's from the

of the show is really being
stressed this year.
