WARNING to all owners and operators of motor vehicles,
that VEHICLES shall not be parked on any streets or city
parking lot in a manner to obstruct snow plowing during
heavy snowfalls. Vehicles must be off streets in the business
areas, from 12 midnight to 7:30 a.m. for snow removal. Any
vehicles OBSTRUCTING SNOW PLOWING may be TOWED
AWAY AT OWNERS EXPENSE. NO WARNING will be issued.
