reviewed my Letter to the district dai-

admit to one that in which I said that

make no change from the original site,

closing may I suggest that Mr. Vickers
has taken a rather unusual step for
a municipal officer entering into a
discussion on the policies of the mun—
ieipality by whom he is employed, not
that I would prevent any one expressin
his opinion, but as a rule it is not
