The Little Helpers of St. Al- ban's Church held their annual Chureh service and party on Tuesday afternoon. Archdeacon B. A. Resker officiated at the short service during which the childres presented their “Mite Boxes”. Following this, the child- ren and their mothers went into the Parish Hall where members of the W.A, had prepared an at- tractive tea. The long table was centred with a big birthday cake and fall flowers. Little Helper’s Secretary, Mrs. J. Kelly welcom- ed the guests and party favors were distribuied to the children who played games until tea time. Those ladies helping to make the afternoon a success were Mrs. M. Stainton, Mrs, H. Westwood, Mrs. R. Jones, Mrs, M. Woolver- ton, Mrs. E, Norris .and Miss Margaret Trussler. Gvests of Mr. and Mrs. Bar- rie Hill are the latter’s mother, Mrs. A. Belbeck of Rockglen, Sask. and aunt, Mrs. C.. Prevost of Stephensville, Ontario. They came in time to attend the wedding of Miss Sherrel Ril- ey and will stay until early Nov- ember when they plan to motor to California and then to Florida. Robson Socials R.C.M.P.
