Participants from Nelson, Trail, Rossland and C km run, which was then followed by a 35 km cycle Submitted For the fifth straight year, the Castlegar and District Recreation Commission held a Duathlon dur ing Sunfest. This year more than 75 athletes participated in the Duathlon, the largest numbert in its short history. The 19-year-old hockey talent from Ca legar is the recipient of a full four-year hockey se holarship at Providence College in Rhode Island, New York Although Green is’ still unde cided about his choice in classes, he is certain a career in business or education would do just fine “It's a big load off my shoulders that's for sure,” said Green, who will be flying to Rhode Island in about three weeks to solidify the agreement and arrange his class. Merritt Centenials, and his talents resulted in a fourth-place overall finish in the BCJHL scoring race. Green talliet a total of 46 goals and 59 assists in 59 games.
