The re- ceipts were $3598.55, ot which $1520.95 came from collections, $742.45 trom subscriptions, $200 from .a donation of Senator Cox, $400 from the Ladies Aid society, $70.20 from the Epworth League, $175 frum the Sunday school, $101 from missionary subscriptions, $275 from the sale of a note, Ofthe disbursements, a large prce- a distance of three and one-half- feet, with. 42. feet yet to crosscut. Two blacksmith shops and a board- ing house have been erected, and the managing director has made an excellent financial showing. The company is entirely free trom debt, the properties are crown granted and there are still 624,200 shares in the treasury, This has been due largely to the fact that the work has been done directly under the super- vision of Mr..
