The late Mike Gallo, Steve's brother, was the best man, Phyllis Card of Spokane was matron of honor, the late Gloria Romano, her sister, was bridesmaid and Teresa Gallo the flower girl. In any case, the 60-year-old car made its sedate, unhurried way to St. Anthony’s in time for the high mass, which was celebrated by long-time friend, Rev. Father Herman Engberink, pastor of St. Rita’s Church, spoke warmly on Anne’s 40 years as church choir leader and Len Gallo of Victoria, the elder son, gave an address of tribute to his parents, while the younger son, Matt Gallo, led the guests in a song special- ly composed for the occasién. After the Italian-style dinner and toasts, the company saw a family-pre- pared movie entitled Sharing the Journey which showed memorable events in the lives of the celebrants over the years. pastor, Rev.
