RON NORMAN Sun Editor Heavy rains last week resulted in sloughing prob- lems on a slope around the new Castlegar-Robson bridge, The Castlegar Sun has learned. “The slope on the south side of the river, there's some movement there,” confirmed Rocky Vanler- berg, the project manager. Vanlerberg said the problem is “nothing big”, stabilize it. ‘The slippage poses no danger to the bridge, he said.
