ESTH 149 - GENERAL TRADE
PRACTICES —- PROFESSIONALISM

This course takes the information learned in

General Trade Practices, Professionalism and
Selling I to the next level. More time is spent
developing interpersonal skills (communication with
teachers, fellow students and clients), operational
skills (reception duties, appointment booking,

client consultation and record keeping) and sales
techniques. Once again the importance of projecting
a professional personal image is emphasised for the
successful esthetician.
