Kootenay Country Plus, an exhibition of Phyllis Margolin’s most recent paintings, will be on display at the National Exhibition Centre from November 12 to December 24. Some of the paint ings are Close-up studies of flow ers and other flora, while a large number depict a recognizable West Kootenay region. As well, they have per- formed at two World Exposi- tions and in the International Festival of Male Choirs at Van- couver in 1990. Tyler Lincoln, the newest member of the choir took over accompanist duties in January. Born and raised in Falbrook in San Diego County he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of California, and a Master of Arts degree in piano from San Diego Univer- sity.
