SHARLENE IMHOFF Sun Editor The results of an audit of the financial books belonging to the Local 480 United Steelworkers of America may be the source for a number of rumors currently ciruclating within the local and the communities of Trail and Castlegar. Nelson lawyer Blair Suffer- dine was the first to declare his candidacy for the nomination race Chernoff meanwhile, was actively searching for another candidate to run. Finding none, he made a predictable move of joining the race himself. “I made the decision last week.
